Karumi - the founder and creator of Karumi Steel handpans

Since 2013, when he discovered the world of handpans, fully involved into the handpan community, music, building. The sounds of this beautiful instruments "stole" his heart and started transformation of his life into completly new direction. 

​

In 2016 he started handpan building project. After many months of reserches, trials and errors, frustration and small "victories" he has managed to build his first prototype of handpan. Since than he is fully dedicated into creating this artform (or sound sculptures as some people describe this musical instruments).

He is crafting handpans with pure intention and wholeheart passion, understanding the deep meaning and influence that this instruments have on people's life.
